How it works

2. Send your documents to SmartDoc
   You'll receive an email with instructions and a secure link to upload all your documents.
3. SmartDoc checks your documents
   We check that the documents needed for submission are present and usable. If anything is missing or needs correcting, we'll let you know before proceeding.
4. SmartDoc prepares and uploads your files
   We optimize and correctly format your documents for upload to the portal.
5. SmartDoc submits your application
   We upload your documents and officially submit your application on the Ministry of the Interior's portal.
6. You receive confirmation
   Once submitted, you'll receive an email confirming your application has been filed.

What's not included

This service ends once your application has been submitted and you've been notified. It does not include:

🔹 handling requests for additional documents
🔹 further communications with the Prefecture or Ministry
🔹 assistance during the oath stage
🔹 appeals or legal assistance
🔹 certificates, translations, legalizations, or apostilles
🔹 the government contribution fee and revenue stamp
