How it works

1. Purchase the service
   Complete your order online. This purchase covers the SmartDoc service only and does not automatically reserve a spot at the exam center.
2. Fill out the form
   You'll receive a form by email to enter your details, your preferred city, and when you'd like to take the exam.
3. Submit the required documents
   Upload your ID and any other documents needed for registration.
4. SmartDoc finds an available location
   We check available dates and exam centers based on your preferences. The requested date and location can't be guaranteed and depend on the center's availability.
5. Pay the exam fee
   The exam fee is not included in the SmartDoc service price and must be paid separately, following the certifying body's instructions.
6. SmartDoc completes the registration
   We prepare and submit your registration to the chosen exam center.
7. Receive confirmation
   We'll email you confirmation of your registration, along with the exam date, time, and location.

What's not included

The SmartDoc service price does not include:
• the fee charged by the exam center
• Italian language courses or lessons
• individual exam preparation
• books or study materials
• travel or accommodation costs
• any costs to change or retake the exam

SmartDoc manages only the administrative registration process and cannot guarantee that you will pass the exam.
